Our homebuilding process takes approximately 90-120 days, depending on the series, style, and size of home. Unforeseen delays with permitting utilities, bad weather, and supply chain issues can extend the home build beyond the normal timeframe.
Yes! We are able to build your new home on your land in Berks, Centre, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Montgomery, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, and York counties. After you have worked with an engineer to assess site preparation needs such as stormwater requirements and permitting, and you have discussed deed restrictions and variances with the land seller, our On Your Land Consultant will be able to use your site plan and information to help you plan accordingly.
