7 Tips to Help Your Grass Grow

1. Seeded area must remain moist at ALL Times until grass reaches 3”.  Seeded areas should receive a minimum of 1/4” of water daily.
2. Mow grass after it has reached a height of at least 3” and before it reaches 4”. Continue watering at a minimum of 1/4" every 4 days through June/July/August.
3. Consult a professional lawn care company to schedule a maintenance plan.
4. DO NOT APPLY any weed killer until you have mowed the grass 3 times. Weed killer can damage, or kill, new grass.
5. Soil should be analyzed in early fall to determine the best treatment your soil needs before winter.
6. Fill in any thin areas and especially those areas that may have washed out. Reminder: We do not warrant washouts.
7. Do not remove straw or erosion blankets.
   

What are emergency items that I should contact the 24/7 emergency line?
No heat, no water, water leaks, non-locking or non-closing exterior door.

Are there fees for calling the emergency line?
No, there are no fees for emergency service while you are under warranty.
